Subject: Your term is up {{contact.contract_expire_date}} — Preview: Before anything renews on its own.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Your pre-paid coaching program term is up {{contact.contract_expire_date}}. That marks 12 months since starting the program.
{{contact.loyalty_coach_note}}
Before anything renews on its own, I want you to know about 3 different options, and one of them happens by default if you do nothing.
1. Purchase another 12 months, Paid in Full, at your special loyalty rate.
2. 6 months, Paid in Full, at your special loyalty rate.
3. Go Month to month at a discounted rate of $895, down from $1,125.
I’ll send you the actual numbers in a few days.
If you already know what you want, reply and I will set it up.
Jeff
Day −28 → Email 2
Subject: Your 2 options — Preview: Paid in Full is the one I would take.{{contact.first_name}},
Here’s the full breakdown. Pick the one that works best for your goals.
1. Another 12 months. Paid in Full. $5,950.
That is $496 a month against the $750 standard rate. It locks your pricing for a full year and it is the one I would take. Not because of the discount. Because when we are planning in years instead of months, I coach you differently. We can run a real offseason. We can push a phase that takes 5 months to pay off.
2. 6 months. Paid in Full. $3,300.
Same loyalty pricing, shorter time. $550 a month. If you want to keep going but a full year is more than you want to commit to right now, take this one. No explanation needed.

Day −15 → Email 3
Subject: What the loyalty rate actually saves you — Preview: New clients pay $750. You do not have to. (Individual version)Hi {{contact.first_name}},
This is a short one.
A client starting with me today pays $750 a month. That is the rate and it’s not going down.
But you’re not a client starting today. You already put in 12 months of work. So here is what your year looks like on each path:
Standard rate for 12 more months: $9,000
Paid in Full for 12 months: $5,950
That is $3,050 between the top and the bottom. Same coaching either way.
I am not trying to talk you into a year. If 6 months fits your life better, take 6 months. If month to month is where you are, that rate is yours too and it does not expire.
But if you already know you are staying, there is no reason to pay more for it.

Subject: So there are no surprises — Preview: I don’t want any surprises on your card. Here is exactly what happens.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
I want this in writing so nothing catches you off guard.
Your term ends {{contact.contract_expire_date}}.
If you have not selected a path by then, your coaching continues month to month at $595. Your card on file gets charged that amount on the same date each month starting {{contact.contract_expire_date}}. Nothing pauses, nothing restarts, we just keep going.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Reply to this email or message me in the app and it is handled. No forms, no runaround.
If you would rather lock in Paid in Full pricing before then, the buttons are below.
And if you are done, tell me that too. Straight up. I would rather know than guess.

SMS{{contact.first_name}}, 7 days until your term ends. If you do nothing you continue at $595/mo, which is fine. If you want the Paid in Full rate instead, today is a good day to grab it. Want me to just handle it? Reply YES.
Note: $895/mo for couples.

Subject: Last call on Paid in Full — Preview: After this week it is month to month.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
There are just 3 days left.
After {{contact.contract_expire_date}} the Paid in Full options come off the table and you continue at $595 a month.
That is not a threat. $595 is a good rate and plenty of people stay there for years. But $5,950 for the year is the better number and it is available for 3 more days.
1 click either way.

Subject: Your rate changes tomorrow — Preview: Here is exactly what posts and when.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Tomorrow your term ends and your coaching continues at $595 a month, billed to the card on file.
That is the loyalty rate. It is $155 a month less than standard and it stays that way as long as you stay.
If you want the Paid in Full rate instead, tonight is the last window. If you want out, reply and say so and I will take care of it, no notice period, no friction.
Otherwise I will see you Monday and we keep working.
Jeff

Actions1. Subscribe client to the loyalty monthly subscription in Stripe.
2. Send internal notification to Mina to confirm the subscription is set up correctly.
3. Send the Day 0 Default Rollover email.
Subject: Your plan continued today — Preview: Here is exactly what posts and when.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Your 12-month term ended today and your coaching continued automatically at the loyalty rate.
$595 a month, billed to the card on file, first charge today. Down from the $750 standard rate.
I told you this would happen a few times over the last 5 weeks, so this should not be a surprise. But I would rather over-communicate than have you see a charge you did not expect.
If you want to switch to Paid in Full pricing, reply and I will sort it out.
If today was supposed to be the end, tell me and I will refund this month and close it out clean. No notice period, no argument.
Otherwise, back to work.
Jeff
Note: $895/mo for couples — $230/mo less than standard.
Any day → Member accepts the loyalty offer
Actions1. Add loyalty_offer_accepted tag.
2. Extend the contract end date — 12 months or 6 months, based on the offer accepted.
3. Send a Slack notification about the signup.
4. Remove the member from the autocontinue workflow, then re-add them — this restarts the cycle, waiting until 60 days before the new contract end date.
5. Send the confirmation email (below).
6. If client type is Couples, extend the spouse/partner’s contract end date too.
Subject: Year 2. Locked.Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Done. $5,950 processed, and you are locked through {{contact.contract_expire_date}}.
Here is what changes on my end. With a year in front of us I am going to plan differently. Expect a longer build phase and a real conversation about where you want to be 12 months from now, not 12 weeks.
I will send that plan this week.
Year 1 was proving you could hold the standard. Year 2 is what you build on top of it. This is how you make it permanent.
Jeff
Note: this is the confirmation for the 12-month Paid in Full purchase — confirm with Jeff whether the 6-month and couples variants need their own version of this email, or if the $5,950 and date just get swapped per purchase.
