How to prepare

Know your starting point
Think about where you are right now. Current training, nutrition, energy, hormones. The more honest and specific you can be, the more useful the call will be. Tanya does not need a polished story. She needs the real one.
Block 30 uninterrupted minutes
Find a quiet place. This is not a casual check-in. It is a real conversation about your body, your goals, and what it will take to get there. Treat it like the investment it is.
Write down your biggest question
What is the one thing you most need clarity on: hormones, training structure, nutrition, which tier is right for you. Come with that question ready. Tanya will make sure you leave with an answer.
Show up on time
Tanya runs a tight schedule. Check your calendar invite for the link and dial in 2 minutes early. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email to do so in advance.
