Do I need a gym membership?
CROWNED is built around commercial gym equipment (barbells, cables, leg press, dumbbells) because that’s where elite physiques are sculpted. A home setup with dumbbells and a barbell will get you most of the way, and many movements have modifications. If you can access a gym 5x per week, you’ll get the full CROWNED experience.
Am I too old for this? I’m in my 40s, 50s…
CROWNED was built for women over 40. The training, nutrition, and recovery are designed around the metabolic and hormonal reality of midlife. Some of our strongest reigning queens are in their 50s and 60s, lifting heavier than they did in their 30s.
I’m a complete beginner. Will this work?
Yes. Phase I (Foundation & Form, weeks 1–2) is built to teach movement and activation before adding intensity. Every exercise has a video demo inside the Muscle Mastery App so you can see form before you walk into the gym.
I’m perimenopausal / on HRT. Can I still do CROWNED?
CROWNED was specifically built around the hormonal reality of perimenopause and menopause. The training prioritizes strength, the nutrition protects metabolism and hormones, and the cardio is gentle on joints. If you’re navigating midlife shifts, this program is for you.
How much time will this take each week?
5 training sessions of 45–60 minutes each, a 10-minute mobility flow, plus 30–40 minutes of incline walking on training days. Total: about 5–6 focused hours per week. Less than most women spend scrolling.
What if I have an old injury?
The program includes mobility work and recovery rituals designed to keep midlife joints lifting for decades. Movements can be swapped for safer alternatives where needed. Always clear it with your physician first. CROWNED is a coaching program, not medical advice.
Do I get lifetime access?
